EDI is the basic technology for compliance requirements of legislation in the areas of accounting and taxes
You work in a global network with key users in the context of 2nd and 3rd level support working in the competence center of the PxC group for EDI related topics
Furthermore you support national and international EDI implementation projects.
Your task is to analys and implement EDI interfaces based on business needs. You evaluate and implement the existing requirements with the internal customers from the national / international subsidiaries

Although most of the work will be performed outside of SAP, the selected candidate must be have experience in SAP, and have a solid knowledge specially on the end‑to‑end process of the sales module from order request to invoicing. Also, the candidate must have experience in participating in meetings with final customer in order to evaluate the needs and to be able to translate in real tiem the requirements into EDIFACT from/to IDOC structures.
Responsibilities
Manage, create and maintain EDI flows with new customers(95%) and suppliers (5%) messages.
For the BAU/RUN, the candidate would need to analyze and resolve issues related to EDI messages.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, IT), and end customer/Supplier for new integrations or change requests on the existing ones.
Manage digital certificates associated with EDI exchanges in different connections protocoles (AS2, …)
Required Technical Knowledge
Experience with EDIFACT messages, particularly:
ORDERS
ORDRSP
INVOICE
DELFOR
Functional knowledge of sales logistics processes on SAP, from order request, order creation and change, deliverie and invoice.
Desired Knowledge
Experience with Seeburger BIS environment.
Familiarity with specific concepts such as Partner Mapping, Process Mapping and/or Special Handling
Understanding of B2B integration and additional EDI standards (ANSI) would be a valuable plus .
