In your role as Sales Account Manager for Northern Spain you will shape this development together with us. You will build long-term, trusting partnerships in our dealer network to strengthen both FOCUS and our partners for the future. This includes the intensive support of our existing dealer network as well as its expansion based on the network analysis. You will also be responsible for achieving defined KPIs and budgets, and stay in close contact with the Country Manager. Your presence at B2B and B2C events will help bring our brand to life for partners and end customers. Your sales area includes Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, País Vasco, Navarra, La Rioja, Aragón y Castilla León. Residence in this region or in an immediately adjacent area is a prerequisite for the role. -Completed commercial vocational training or other comparable training, e.g. bicycle mechatronics technician -Professional experience in sales, ideally in the cycling industry -Deep knowledge of the local market, network and cycling culture, ideally you have already established a dealer network in the area -Confident attitude, assertiveness, negotiation skills and the ability to communicate at eye level with our partners -Strong analytical mindset combined with a getting it done mentality -Process and improvement oriented while pursuing long term solutions -Well-developed negotiation skills and good command of English (min B2 level) -Ability to work in a team and the self-conception to make your contribution to the entire FOCUS team -Passion for cycling -High willingness to travel

We"re now launching a new outbound calling service for our clients and building a dedicated team in Spain to deliver it. You"ll be part of a new dedicated team that makes outbound calls on behalf of the printing companies that hire our service. You"ll introduce our clients" services to potential customers, qualify interest, and book meetings for their sales teams. You represent the client, so professionalism and polish on the phone matter. What you"ll do day to day: -Make outbound calls to business owners and managers using targeted lead lists for each client -Deliver a clear, confident introduction to each client"s printing services -Get past gatekeepers and reach the right decision-maker -Handle objections professionally and book qualified meetings for our clients" sales teams -Adapt your pitch to different clients and the businesses they serve -Log every call, note, and follow-up in our CRM -Hit daily activity and weekly meeting targets -Share prospect feedback with the team to sharpen our approach What we need from you: -Native or near-native English (C2). You"ll speak with U.S., UK, and European business owners every day -2+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or customer service calls -A confident, warm phone presence.
